IMPRINTING INFORMATION

DIE/SET-UP FOR SCREEN PRINTING OR PAD PRINTING:

$55(V) per color/position. Pens & Pencils: $20(V) per color/position.

EXACT REORDERS:

$25(V) on all products, except pens and pencils are FREE. Vibrant color and laser engraving on stainless steel drinkware is $45(V).

IMPRINTING:

Prices include one standard color in one position. Add $.35(V) per unit for each additional color and/or position. Bags: Add $.50(V) per unit for each additional color and/or position. Pens & Pencils: Add $.20(V) per unit for each additional color and/or position. If not specified, a one-sided imprint on the primary side will be printed. Drinkware: Prices include a one-color imprint on one side, two sides or full wrap (unless otherwise indicated on page). If not specified, a one-sided imprint on the primary side will be printed. Add $.35(V) per unit for each additional color.

FULL COLOR PROCESS PRINTING/VIBRANT FULL COLOR HEAT TRANSFER:

Set-up: $55(V). Add $1.15(V) per unit per position 5-day lead time.

VIBRANT FULL COLOR DIGITAL DIRECT:

Set-up: $55(V). Add $.30(V) - $.40(V) - $.65(V) per unit per position. For vibrant full color drinkware: Standard Wrap Setup: $95(V), Add $1.15(V) per unit. See individual product pages for pricing, details, & lead time.

LASER ENGRAVED ITEMS AND PERSONALIZATIONS:

Add $.35(V)-$3.00(V) depending on item. Add $.60(V) per unit for each laser engraved name on pens and beverage wrench. Add $1.75(V)-$3.00(V) for laser engraved name on drinkware.

INK COLOR CHANGE:

$25(V), minimum catalog quantity applies per ink color change.

PANTONE COLOR MATCH:

$30(V). No neon’s. Color match will be as close as possible, exact match not guaranteed.

PROOFS:

Proofs are provided upon request at $10(V) by fax or email. Production time is 5 working days after receipt of proof approval for catalog quantities, unless otherwise specified on individual product pages.

PRE-PRODUCTION PRODUCT PROOF:

$50(V). For each additional sample, add $7(V). Please provide account number for expedited freight. A complimentary printed sample will be provided on any order with a quantity of 10,000 or more, or orders for custom items, excludes Vibrant Color. Vibrant full color add $65(V).

BLANK MERCHANDISE:

Deduct $.04(Z) each. Pens: Deduct $.015(Z) each. Pencils & Erasers: Deduct $.005(Z) each.
Drinkware: Lids may be unassembled with blank merchandise.

SUBLIMATION – DIGITAL FULL COLOR/HEAT TRANSFERS:

PMS color matching is not offered. The colors seen in any virtuals or digital proofs are considered digital imagery and are not representative of actual product outcome. Colors maybe be lighter, darker, muted and color shades off, from original art. These variations are within industry standard and therefore should be considered acceptable.
